What to do when changes aren't syncing between partners.

When changes aren't showing up for you or your partner, try these solutions.


Quick Fixes

Try these first:

  1. Refresh the page — F5 or pull down on mobile
  2. Log out and back in
  3. Clear your browser cache
  4. Try a different browser

My changes aren't showing for my partner

Solutions:

  • Ask your partner to refresh their page
  • Wait 30 seconds — sometimes there's a brief delay
  • Make sure you clicked Save after making changes

Partner's changes aren't showing for me

Solutions:

  • Refresh your page
  • Check if you're on the right page (Guests vs. Rankings)
  • Remember: ratings are private — you won't see those sync

Offline Mode

Sorry, Not Invited requires an internet connection. If you're offline:

  • ⚠️ Changes you make won't be saved
  • ⚠️ You won't see your partner's updates
  • Reconnect and refresh to sync
