Sorry, Not Invited is a wedding guest list management tool that allows couples to import, organize, rank, and manage their wedding guest lists. The Service includes features for collaborative ranking, guest categorization, and list export.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and notify us of any unauthorized access.
Access to the full Service requires a one-time payment of $9.99 USD, granting lifetime access for both partners.
Wedding planners may subscribe at $29.00 USD per month for unlimited client couples.
Due to the digital nature of our Service, all sales are final. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for technical issues.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, upload infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, use automated systems without permission, share credentials, or resell the Service.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for providing the Service.
When you invite a partner or work with a wedding planner, they will have access to your shared guest list data.
The Service design, features, and content (excluding User Content) is owned by Sorry, Not Invited and protected by intellectual property laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Sorry, Not Invited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding twelve months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sorry, Not Invited from any claims arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
