Having trouble getting your partner connected? Here are common issues and fixes.
"Link expired" or "Invalid invite"
Problem: The invite link isn't working.
Solutions:
- Invite links expire after 7 days — generate a new one from Settings
- Make sure the full link was copied (it's quite long)
- Try generating a completely new invite link
"Already used" message
Problem: The link says it's already been used.
Solutions:
- Each link can only be used once
- If your partner started but didn't finish, they should try logging in
- Generate a new invite link if needed
Partner can't see the guest list
Problem: Partner created an account but doesn't see any guests.
Solutions:
- Make sure they used the invite link (not just signed up normally)
- Have them log out and back in
- Check Settings to verify they're connected
Prevention Tips
- ✓ Send the link directly to your partner (text or email)
- ✓ Don't share it publicly or on social media
- ✓ Generate a new link if you're unsure who has access
