Importing Guests from The Knot or Zola

Step-by-step instructions for importing your guest list from popular wedding platforms.

Already built your guest list on The Knot or Zola? You can easily bring it over to Sorry, Not Invited.

Exporting from The Knot

  1. Log in to The Knot and go to your Guest List Manager
  2. Click the "Export" or "Download" button (usually top right)
  3. Select "Excel" or "CSV" format
  4. Save the file to your computer

Exporting from Zola

  1. Log in to Zola and go to your Guest List
  2. Click the three dots menu or "Manage" button
  3. Select "Export Guests"
  4. Choose your format and download

Importing to Sorry, Not Invited

Go to Guests Page

Navigate to the Guests page in Sorry, Not Invited.

Click Import

Click the Import button at the top.

Upload Your File

Upload the file you just downloaded.

Map Columns

We'll try to auto-detect them for you.

Import

Click Import to bring in your guests.

💡 Tip

Don't worry about perfect formatting — we can handle most export formats. Duplicate guests will be flagged so you can review them.
