Already have a guest list somewhere else? This guide walks you through importing it into Sorry, Not Invited.
Before You Start
Make sure you have your guest list in one of these formats:
📊 Excel (.xlsx)
📄 CSV (.csv)
💒 The Knot export
💍 Zola export
Import Steps

Go to the Guests Page
From your dashboard, click "Import Your List" or navigate to the Guests page from the menu.

Click Import
You'll see an Import button at the top of the page. Click it to open the import dialog.

Upload Your File
Drag and drop your file or click to browse. We'll automatically detect the columns and show you a preview.

Map Your Columns
Tell us which columns in your file correspond to:
- Name — the guest's name (required)
- Email — their email address (optional)
- Party Size — how many people (optional, defaults to 1)
- Side — your side or partner's side (optional)

Review and Confirm
Check the preview to make sure everything looks right, then click Import. Your guests will be added immediately.
💡 Tip
Now that your guests are imported, head to the Ranking page to start rating them!
