Adding Guests Manually

How to add individual guests to your list one at a time.

Sometimes you just need to add a guest or two. Here's how to do it quickly.


Adding a New Guest

Go to Guests

Navigate to the Guests page from the menu.

Click Add Guest

Look for the "Add Guest" button at the top.

Fill in Details

Enter the guest's information.

Save

Click Save to add them to your list.

Guest Information Fields

Name *required

The guest's name or household name

Email

Their email address for future reference

Party Size

How many people in this invitation (default is 1)

Side

Whose side they're on — yours, partner's, or both

Notes

Any notes you want to remember


💡 Tip

For families, you can enter them as one guest with a larger party size, or as individual entries — whatever works best for your tracking.

📝 Note

Use the Notes field for relationship info like "college roommate" or "dad's coworker" to help remember who's who.
